Drinks: No one EVER complained of having weak drinks. We never used Room Service but others in our party did and loved it. We had just left for breakfast so we weren’t really affected. to 10:30 but the resort generator kicked in quickly to provide some light. Water pressure was fantastic in the shower! Air conditioning in our room worked great! The power in the whole area went out one day from about 8:30 a.m. Bummer.) They would arrive anytime between 9 and 4 and we always left them a tip as they do a great job! Refrigerator was always stocked daily.

Made the bed, cleaned up and provided new towels. Thank you, Fabe!!!! Maid service was daily. She was able to accommodate the request and made it happen. My wife went to the Legendary check-in desk a few days later and met with Fabe who made a herculean effort to get them a better room. One couple in our group had a super bad room location.

Nelson, the Bell Captain and his staff, made sure everything was in order with our luggage delivery. The stairs also lessen the room width by about three feet. Be careful of the stairs going up! Dark and steep. Roof-top terrace was nice, but we really didn’t use it. We faced the Oasis pool and some of the new construction. Our room was 2324 (Building 2, third floor, room 24-even numbers face sunrise and odd number face sunset-the lower your room number, the closer you are to the ocean) with a roof-top terrace. Check in was easy at the Legendary registration area. We upgraded to a private shuttle which was very pleasant. Shuttle service was “On Tour” which was part of our resort package and took us from the airport to the resort. No red/green light at Customs and we walked right through, although they can still select you for a search. Sometimes they run out of them on the plane. If you can fill out the on-line Tourist Card, do so. The Immigration line was jammed but we got through it in about 25 minutes. We were all located in Building 2 and, full disclosure, my wife and I are Legendary Members. There were six of us ranging from 43-70 years of age. My wife and I spent the week of June 20-27 at HRRM Heaven side. I was a bit skeptical after reading those but during our stay, we had NO negative experiences. Hola, Amigos!
